How does it work?

+ How to buy the SCC?

1. Select the Card Type: Choose between the 24h or 72h Sarajevo City Card.

2. Choose the Quantity: Enter how many cards you need.

3. Buy Now or Add to Cart: Click Buy Now to purchase immediately, or click Add to Cart to continue shopping and purchase at your convenience.

4. Complete the Purchase: Review your order and proceed to checkout.

5. Payment and Delivery: After payment, you’ll receive your Sarajevo City Card via email as a print-at-home card.

+ How to use the SCC?

1. Activating Your Card: Your Sarajevo City Card is automatically activated the first time you use it at a museum, attraction, or on public transport. From the moment of activation, your card is valid for 24 or 72 hours, depending on the card you purchased.

2. Visiting Museums and Attractions: Present your Sarajevo City Card at the ticket counter of participating museums and attractions to gain entrance.

3. Using the Sarajevo Cable Car: One return ticket for the Sarajevo Cable Car is included with your Sarajevo City Card. To use it, pick up your valid ticket at the Cable Car sales point. The ticket is valid for 24 hours after being issued.

4. Public Transport in Sarajevo: Your Sarajevo City Card is valid on all GRAS-operated buses, trams, and trolleybuses. There’s no need to check in unless asked by a controller or driver. GRAS vehicles are recognizable by their blue and yellow logo.

5. Using the Card on a Mobile Device: If you're using a digital ticket, simply show the ticket on your mobile device when requested. Do not hand over your device; displaying the ticket is sufficient.
